With over 15 years of experience in Instructional Design and a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to get the job done. I have a great understanding of the instructional design process and put emphasis on knowing the audience and writing meaningful and measurable objectives.
I work well under pressure and can handle multiple projects at a time. I am proficient in the most used authoring tools and can learn how to use new tools quickly and efficiently.
I have had opportunities to manage other designers through the design process and found it very rewarding to help others learn and grow in the field.
I’m excited to share my skills, experience, and passion for Instructional Design.
